Our Quality Management System is continually reviewed and revised to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction. Our Quality Manual is available to customers upon request.

 

Quality Suppliers

Ou extensive supplier management program enables us to pre-qualify our suppliers, which guarantees our customers that we only source product from reputable suppliers worldwide. We maintain an Approved Supplier List, rating vendors based on the quality of their products and their adherence to ARCO’s quality requirements. 

Product Quality Inspection

All incoming product goes through a stringent quality inspection.  Any non-conforming product is quarantined for further evaluation, return or to be scrapped.

 

Quality Handling and Storage

Our warehouse is ISO9001:2015, AS9120:2016 and ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014 certified, climate and humidity controlled. Products are handled, stored and shipped in compliance to JEDEC Standard 033B.1.
