NOR Flash
GigaDevice NOR Flash products have wide range of density and package, taking high performance and specific security features into account, so that they are able to meet design requirements from today's diverse application.

SPI NAND Flash
GigaDevice provides SPI interfaced NAND Flash type memory, the key products of which are named as GD5F family, powered by single voltage power of 3V or 1.8V. GigaDevice SPI NAND Flash are SLC typed high performance NAND products with internal 8bits/512bytes ECC processing.

GD32™ Cortex™-M3 MCU
GD32™ is a new 32-bit high performance, low power consumption universal microcontroller family powered by the ARM® Cortex™-M3 RISC core, which targeted at various MCU application areas.
